The main floor of this vacation home is comprised of a modern kitchen, living room, dining room, and has a spacious covered patio, extending the living space outdoors giving itself to a constant gentle breeze.  The granite countertop kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, pots/pans, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and dishes - everything needed to prepare as much or as little as you desire. The living room offers a comfortable place to sit and read a book, or simply to relax. It also offers a flat-screen TV with satellite, DVD player, and stereo with MP3/iPod jack to cater to your personal video and audio preferences. As an extension of the kitchen and living area, the home opens onto a covered patio with sitting area and patio table beside a small open outdoor garden.

 

The upper level of this vacation home features a large master suite, two additional bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a workspace with connection to wireless high-speed internet. Along with the beautiful view of the bay, the master suite offers a queen-size bed, private ensuite with shower and double countertop vessel sinks, sitting area, air conditioning, loads of storage and a built-in personal safe. There is a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, as well as two double beds in the third bedroom, both rooms being air-conditioned and offering ample storage.

 

Brushed by cool breezes, the rooftop terrace boasts amazing views of the Bay of Banderas including the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the picturesque rooftops of the town. Cool off in the private swimming pool, soak up the sun, relax on the double-size lounge under the shade arbor, read a book in the hammock, or view a fantastic sunset and the evening fireworks.


Casa Chickie may also be booked in conjunction with its sister, Apartamento Chickie, forming a compound that sleeps a total of 10 - 12 guests. This combination makes a great rental option for larger families or groups.
